These nose pads are different from traditional push-in nose pads that have a single rectangular shaped flange protruding from the rear of the nose pad. These snap-in nose pads typically are long narrow D-shaped or oval shaped nose pads that have two cylindrical rods protruding from the rear of the nose pad that are pressed into matching mating depressions in the bridge area of the eye glass frame. This type of nose pad is called a Snappy(R) nose pad, snap-in nose pad, snap-on nose-pad, press-in nose pad, or press-on nose pad.
